About Zanzibar​
Zanzibar (Unguja) is an island of Tanzania, famous for spices, local markets, paradisiac beaches, crystal clear water, soft sand, perfect for the nature lovers. It's also a fascinating destination from a historical and cultural perspective.
We are located in Kendwa beach, on the north-west coast of Zanzibar, it is the best place for beach enjoyment, because the east coast suffers from tides.
About the dhow
A dhow is a traditional vessel of wood. This handcrafted wooden style boat has been used for thousands of years by fishermen along Swahilis coast.
This traditional type of boat is really strong and safe. A trip onboard is like sailing back in time to another era.
We strive to provide the highest quality dhow sailing excursions, is simply the best experience you can have in Zanzibar.

About us​
My name is Olympe, I'm from France. I met in 2015 Modi, Hadi and Bablon in Kenya.
Those 3 boys are childhood friends and passionate about sailing, they grew up together in a dhow in Lamu island.
All together we have decided to go to Zanzibar with the BOSS DHOW, so we sailed the Indian ocean from Lamu to Kendwa beach for 4 days to arrive at this paradise and start a new life. So we created our own business with the boss dhow thanks to our hobbies to share our experiences with you. We are friendly funny, social, bon vivant and we are always looking forward to share our lifestyle with you.
